WHAT IS HOT PLATTERS ? "Hot Platters" began selling vinyl LP's and 45's internationally   in the late 1970's after placing a variety of classified ads in   various music publications from around the world... NO.  Sorry.  Our entire catalog is currently available online only...     HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY. ?        We ship via United States Postal Service (sorry, no Fed Ex or UPS service available).  Delivery can sometimes take up to two weeks to arrive depending on shipping method...    In the USA, we ship by "media mail" and "first class" mail...  If you  prefer "priority mail", please email us for additional postage fees  before making your purchases...   Canadian & overseas orders are sent by "first class mail inter-  national". Delivery usually takes somewhere between 7-14 days  depending on location but may take longer due to other factors  beyond our control...       CAN I SEE IMAGES OF THE ITEMS I WANT BEFORE I BUY ? Sorry but due to the large volume of titles listed, we can only  provide scanned or digital images of selected items appearing  on the website..   DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.A.  ? "Hot Platters" will ship anywhere in the world...  For our customers  in Canada & overseas, we ship by "first class mail international"...   Sorry but the USPS no longer offers surface (seamail) postage...     HOW DO YOU PACK ORDERS ? Depending on the size of your order, all of our merchandise will  be shipped in either new cardboard mailers or envelopes with  protective pads and plastic covers...    HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE. ? Postage fees vary depending on the size, weight, city, & country...   A slight additional fee is added to cover the cost of postage,  handling, and packing materials...   We combine postage fees for multiple purchases from both of our  "Hot Platters" catalogs and "Hot Platters" ebay store and all orders  shipped in the USA include delivery confirmation...       WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY. ? If you are not pleased with any item or items you purchase from  "Hot Platters", you can return for full refund or credit providing you  use the original packing material (or reasonable facsimile)  and  ship to : "Hot Platters, P.O. Box 4213, Thousand Oaks, California,  91359-1213, U.S.A."     WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT. ? In the United States, we can accept payment with a major credit card  via paypal.com. Just provide them with your credit card information  and our paypal username, (hotplatter@aol.com), & they will send us  payment for the total amount owed...   Postal money orders and personal checks are also accepted though  checks may result in a delay in the order while they clear the bank...     Outside of the U.S.A.
